College.

I has it. A disease called college. I wake up between 8:30 and 11:00 every day and enjoy a walk in the fresh air to a large building where I sing and do music theory. I then eat lunch around 3:00, and go back to my dorm room and play WoW, or talk with my boyfriend, or just read a book. No parents nagging, time to do my homework without wanting to kill myself... I stay up until ungodly hours in the morning, and thus far, the work is quite easy. The food isn't great, and I miss my honey, but overall, things are good. I have time to draw. I have time to sing. I have time to be myself for once, and I'm in a suite with people who have the same opinions on certain issues as me. I have one lecture class. 230 people, 1 hilarious professor. Much fun ensues. Hooray for human development lecture! I take harmony and form (and a lab), intro to music education, choir, percussion method, human development, piano proficiency, private vocal lessons, and life is awesome. So yeah. Stay in school. Don't drink and shit, it ruins the experience. Go to college, make the best of it. Do the work; it makes the leisure guilt free and so much more worth it, because you've earned it. Do what you love, because it makes the work easy, and go outside the comfort box. Meet new people, make some friends. Talk to someone from a different walk of life. Just do something. College is awesome, but not for everyone. I love it. Some hate it. Just whatever you do, do something.
